Well, this is kind of random. Out of nowhere, VAC is telling me that I've been caught cheating and am therefore not allowed into the FISH server anymore. I have three serial numbers, so it's not like I can't play anymore, but... what the heck?! I was having this trouble when I was trying to connect to any VAC-enabled server. Anyone know of a way to fix this?
This actually isn't the first time I've had SN issues. When I used to play at GideonTech.com's server, I would repeatedly (and intermittantly) be rejected for similiar reasons, but eventually it died down - and it was just their server.
Well, if anyone's heard of this kind of thing happening before, I'd appreciate being told how to deal with it. Thanks.#nosmileys

Sounds pretty strange, I would say try uninstall and reinstall half-life, maybe some of your files are altered and V.A.C. thinks they are cheats.
The only other thing I can think of is that some one has gotten your CD key and is cheating with it.
Good luck!

Well, remember I played with you last night? That was with one of my other CD Keys (I have three) -- so no files got altered. If someone was cheating with my CD key, well, it sucks to be them, cause that key is now dead as far as any VAC-enabled server goes. I'll be able to use it again in a year, though -- or at LANs, and on any other server (ie CD). Anyway, yeah. It's not a big deal cause I have the other keys, it's just really strange. Thanks.
